West at Home is a subsidiary of West Corporation (Fortune 1000) and headquartered in Omaha, NE. At West, a Teleworker position is called an ‘at home agent.’ Our agents process inbound phone calls from the comfort of their home to assist customers with technical requests, customer service issues or sales needs.

West at Home teleworkers will earn a competitive hourly wage, with the opportunity to work for a variety of programs and clients. With flexible scheduling, agents have the ability to schedule work to accommodate their lives.
